George Macricostas

George Macricostas has over 20 years of technical and business management experience in operations and information technology. Mr. Macricostas founded RagingWire Enterprise Solutions, Inc. (RES) in 2000. As CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Macricostas oversees all aspects of the company including business development, finance, legal, and corporate strategy. Mr. Macricostas led RES to sustainable profitability in the third year of operation during a very challenging and competitive business cycle following the end of the ".com boom." Under his leadership for the past eight years, the company has increased its annual revenue at a 60% compound annual growth rate.

Previously, Mr. Macricostas was a senior vice president at Photronics, Inc., (NASDAQ:PLAB), a leading global supplier of photomasks to the semiconductor industry. He was responsible for all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure. Mr. Macricostas remains an active contributor to Photronics as a member of its Board of Directors.

Mr. Macricostas is a member of the Board of Directors of the Jane Goodall Institute, and was a finalist in the 2007 Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year program. He is a graduate of Western Connecticut State University with a bachelor's degree in business administration and industrial management.
